New DC Universe fan art imagines what Millie Bobby Brown could look like as the Girl of Steel in Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. While a new Superman movie is in the works, Kal-El won't be the only major Kryptonian to join Peter Safran and James Gunn's upcoming DC Universe. Even though no release date has been set yet, Kara Zor-El is on her way too, as the iconic DC heroine is set to headline Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, one of the major Chapter 1, Gods and Monsters projects that are in the works.
While the Arrowverse featured Supergirl the most in recent years in live-action, Sasha Calle recently played her in The Flash movie, making it the first time since 1984 that Kara has been featured on the big screen. As Calle's fate is unclear with the franchise at this point, Buffy2Ville recently shared new artwork where they pitched Brown as the beloved heroine for Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
To this point, Brown has yet to take part in any of the major comic book movie franchises, as she has been busy starring in Stranger Things, as well as the Enola Holmes franchise on Netflix. Ironicly enough, Brown has starred alongside a former Superman actor, since Henry Cavill plays Enola's brother Sherlock Holmes in the series.
