Earlier in Deadpool & Wolverine, when the heroes first wake up in the Void, they come across Chris Evans playing a Marvel character - who turns out to be Johnny Storm, aka the Human Torch, from Fox's 2000s Fantastic Four movies. However, when the three are confronted by Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin), Deadpool tells her a long litany of insults Johnny apparently said about her behind her back. Cassandra proceeds to tear the skin off Johnny's body, leaving him to collapse in a heap of bones and organs.
Fantastic Four (2005) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer are available to stream on Disney+.
Throughout the rest of the movie, Wolverine blames Deadpool for Johnny's death, and it's implied Wade made up all those insults. However, in the Deadpool & Wolverine post-credits scene, Deadpool is in the TVA, and he uses their monitors to roll tape that shows Johnny Storm spouting a bunch of foul-mouthed insults about Cassandra Nova on the way to her headquarters. So, it's not that Deadpool made up the insults that got Johnny killed, it's just that he told Cassandra exactly what Human Torch said - which still got him killed.
Although the scene is ostensibly meant to clear Deadpool of the accusations hurled at him by Wolverine throughout the movie, it really just confirms that he wasn't putting words in Johnny's mouth. Deadpool still very much got Johnny Storm killed by telling Cassandra Nova what he said. There was no real reason for him to do it, because it didn't even really help him or Wolverine escape the villain. Still, the scene has a deeper, more fun meaning for MCU viewers.

That one line has since taken on a life of its own among fans, who enjoy quoting it not just to each other, but Evans himself. It's MCU canon that Evans' Marvel superhero doesn't swear - so seeing the actor's other character saying the most vile things is a perfect callback. It sets Johnny Storm apart from Steve Rogers, and makes excellent use of Deadpool & Wolverine's R rating.
