Butch Lukic looks back at the end of the Tomorrowverse while paying tribute to previous DC franchises in Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part Three. While it started back in 2020, everything has a beginning, middle, and end, which is the case for the Tomorrowverse. After ten movies, the creative team is officially concluding the franchise, and to go out with a bang, an animated adaptation of Crisis On Infinite Earths was picked.
Following the dramatic ending to Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part Two, the third and final chapter brought the endgame to life. As worlds died while heroes fell, Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part Three brought an end to the trilogy. While a new continuity is born at the end of Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths, Part Three, Warner Bros. Animation has yet to announce what the direction is going to be for DC animation going forward, especially as far as shared universes are concerned.
