At this point, it wouldn't be shocking if that is simply a style of animation that Marvel Studios isn't rushing to explore in full-length movies for the time being. With all of their other animated TV shows coming, they already have their focus on non-live-action MCU projects, at least until The Multiverse Saga is over.
If Marvel ever were to pursue this avenue, a LEGO Marvel movie would likely do pretty well, especially targeted at a younger audience - something that releases like LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Avengers Reassembled have proved may bear fruit. However, given the fact this hasn't fully unfolded even in a post-The LEGO Movie world, it may simply never be something that becomes a big priority for Marvel. This may mean that the Deadpool & Wolverine LEGO fan trailer is the closest the MCU audience will get to see this franchise depicted in that animation style.
