The MCU's Avengers last joined forces during 2019's Avengers: Endgame to reverse the devastation caused by Thanos and eliminate the Mad Titan once and for all. Since then, however, the status of the Avengers in the MCU has remained unclear, despite several new potential members being introduced during Phases 4 and 5. The team are expected to come together again for 2026's Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, with the New Avengers team set to be pitted against Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror and his villainous variants.
