In a new feature interview with Variety, Adams talked about Gunn"s DC Universe, which will feature Brosnahan as the next live-action version of intrepid Daily Planet reporter Lois Lois. The former DCEU star had nothing but praise for Brosnahan playing Lois in the Superman film, as Adams shared the following:

I love her. She’s gonna be great. Hopefully the role will be infused with her sensibility and her natural humor and strength and wit.
