Marvel Just Introduced The MCU"s Most Overpowered Team Yet

Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 marks the end of James Gunn's trilogy in the MCU, though a new and incredibly powerful has been formed in the aftermath. Following the defeat of the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), several of the existing Guardians decide to head down new paths, effectively closing the door on the existing team. However, "the galaxy still needs its Guardians", and that sentiment provides the MCU with one of the most stacked super teams yet.
As seen in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3's first post-credits scene, a new team of Guardians is formed to replace the original team. This is because Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) have chosen to leave the team at the movie's end, heading out on their own while Nebula (Karen Gillen) and Drax (Dave Bautista) stay on Knowhere to build a new society now that their home's population has greatly increased after liberating all the High Evolutionary's test subjects. However, the new team still has some familiar faces (along with a massive increase in power).
