Venom 3 Is Reportedly Set To Start Filming Much Sooner Than Expected

Tom Hardy's return as Eddie Brock looks to be sooner than expected, as Venom 3 is reportedly getting ready to start filming. Sony's Spider-Man Universe is going forward with new characters from the web-slinger's rogue's gallery, but the franchise is also set to finish the player who started this universe to begin with: Venom. Hardy, who has played Eddie Brock since 2018, is set to reprise the role of the iconic Marvel antihero as Venom 3 has been in pre-production since February.
While several films have been affected by the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike, it appears Venom 3 is not going to be one of them. In a new report from Production List, the outlet reports that Venom 3 is looking to start principal photography as early as June 5. Filming is apparently going to be taking place in London as well as Los Angeles. At the time of this story's publication, Sony Pictures has yet to comment on Venom 3's supposed production start.
