Casting MCU"s Guardians Of The Galaxy In James Gunn"s DC Universe

If James Gunn casts the MCU's Guardians of the Galaxy actors in his upcoming DC Universe movies, there are certain DC characters that would fit them perfectly. The birth of James Gunn and Peter Safran's DC Universe makes it possible to see new talent take over iconic DC characters, but it also provides the opportunity to see A-list actors and MCU alums join the franchise in unexpected roles. The fact that James Gunn has already worked with many MCU actors only makes the latter a likelier scenario.
Marvel actors joining DC movies is not abnormal. For instance, Zachary Levi played Fandral in Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok before becoming the DCEU's Shazam, and Idris Elba played Bloodsport in The Suicide Squad after several years portraying Heimdall in the MCU's Thor movies. In fact, Michael Rooker worked with his long-time partner James Gunn playing Yondu Udonta in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1 & 2 before playing Savant in James Gunn's The Suicide Squad. With Michael Rooker as precedent, the rest of the Guardians of the Galaxy cast could follow suit.
