"My Favorite Chris": Chris Hemsworth & Other Marvel Stars Wish Chris Evans A Happy Birthday
Chris Hemsworth and other Marvel stars celebrate Chris Evans' birthday. Debuting in 2011 as Steve Rogers in Captain America: The First Avenger, the actor played the moral hero for almost a decade before retiring from the role at the end of Avengers: Endgame. Despite his Marvel Cinematic Universe exit, it's clear that he is still beloved by many of his old co-stars as proven by their birthday greetings.
Several MCU stars have taken to social media to send Evans on his birthday, including Hemsworth who calls him "my favorite Chris." Check out their posts below:
Reynolds wasn't able to work with Evans in the MCU. By the time Deadpool was absorbed by Marvel Studios, the actor was already done with his stint as Captain America. For context, however, they collaborated in Shawn Levy's Free Guy. The rest, however, were actors that Evans worked closely with during his time as the Star-Spangled Avenger.
