Affleck"s Final Batman Costume Made Justice League"s Batsuit Mistake Worse

Ben Affleck's return as Batman in The Flash may have been a welcome swansong, but his Dark Knight costume was a mistake. Not only that, but The Flash's Batman costume changes repeated the same mistake Warner Bros made in Justice League, and went even further with the mistep. With Ben Affleck not returning for The Flash's ending, it's more than likely that his new Batsuit will be the last he wears in DC live-action movies.
Of Affleck's 6 Batman costumes in DC movies, The Flash version is the stand-out worst, and the question must be asked why he needed a new costume at all. Like Barry Allen and Supergirl's The Flash costumes, Batman's new look practically shot and then rendered using CG for the high-octane opening chase sequence. It should not have presented an issue, given how simple it is to make Batman look great on film, but The Flash's new Batman costume was memorable for all the wrong reasons. And we've been here before with Justice League.
