Unused concept art for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has revealed a secret power of Kang's that was not used in the final cut - and it is one that the Avengers probably are not ready for in the MCU. Ant-Man and the Wasp was the first time that Kang the Conqueror, at least one of his variants, was seen on the big screen. It culminated in a showdown with the denizens of the Quantum Realm and the movie's titular heroes and his defeat at the hands of the latter - or so it seems. Perhaps, however, he might have fared better had he deployed one secret power in particular.
In the movie where he was first seen deploying his array of powers, Scott Lang got hands-on experience with Kang and the abilities he boasts. Until the end, he deployed a pretty formidable arsenal, gaining him the upper hand on a few occasions. They were powerful enough to keep an army at bay (apart from an army of giant ants, of course), but there was seemingly another function quite literally up his sleeve that he did not make use of against Scott Lang and the gang.

Kang Could Almost Summon Ghosts In Quantumania Concept art for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania in a video shared by concept artist Aleksi Briclot (Via Instagram) depicts Kang deploying two "ghosts" (as the artist calls them) of himself from his hands. It can be gathered from these stills that the ghosts operate independently of Kang, protecting his flanks and perhaps even dealing damage themselves rather than being mere distractions. They also seem to turn to Kang as if to power him up. If Kang had decided to deploy this particular ability, it is easy to see how they could have aided him in a pinch - particularly when being ganged up on by the movie's heroes.
The nature of this particular "power" does raise some questions, however, such as how much damage these duplicates can inflict themselves. With Kang's threat levels practically hinging on the sheer number of variants that are now poised to face off against Earth's Mightiest Heroes, a Kang that can deploy even more duplicates of himself is, by definition, even more threatening. While this power was cut from Ant-Man and the Wasp, it does not mean that he will not use the unusual feature against a group of Avengers in the future.
What Superpowers Does Kang Actually Have In The MCU? So far, Kang's powers in the MCU are nothing particularly mind-boggling, with many of them depending on the state of his suit. Those on display in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania included the ability to produce energy platforms, energy beams, and an energy shield dome - all of which stem from the suit he wears. There is more to Kang, however, than the ability to produce laser beams.
