Zoë Kravitz joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Storm in new Black Panther 3 fan art. It has nearly been a year since the MCU dealt with one of its most emotional chapters of all time, as Black Panther: Wakanda Forever dealt with the loss of T'Challa following the tragic passing of Chadwick Boseman. While one chapter was closed, a new one began with Shuri becoming the new Black Panther, setting her on a heroic path for years to come in the MCU timeline.
With the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the Black Panther franchise is closing in on wrapping up its trilogy, as the world waits to on news for Black Panther 3 and what the sequel will be about. As the MCU audience is speculating about the direction for Black Panther 3, Marvels.Wolverine shared fan art for the threequel, calling it Black Panther: Legacy of Wakanda, while depicting Kravitz as the iconic X-Men heroine, Storm.
Kravitz is no stranger to the superhero genre, as she is currently playing Selina Kyle, a.k.a. Catwoman in Matt Reeves' The Batman universe. While she is suggested as Strom, Kravitz has actually already played a Marvel mutant, as she portrayed Angel Salvadore in X-Men: First Class back in 2011.
An Avengers: Endgame Easter egg suggested Storm exists in the MCU in 2019.
