I think I have worked out how Superman & Lois season 4 will start, and it would be devastating for fans of the DC series. David Corenswet has been cast as the Superman of the new DC Universe. As such, the studio is now focusing its live-action efforts on that iteration of the character, which has led to Superman & Lois season 4 being the final entry for Tyler Hoechlin's Man of Steel. Due to budget restraints, Superman & Lois season 4's cast has seen some changes, though the series should remain as strong as ever.
I'm a major fan of Superman & Lois. Having watched all seasons of Teen Wolf, I was intrigued when Hoechlin, one of that series' stars, was cast as Clark Kent in the Arrowverse. While his first costume could have done with some upgrades, Hoechlin was pitch-perfect as Superman and Clark Kent from the get-go. Then came Superman & Lois, which was removed from the Arrowverse and allowed Hoechlin's Superman to shine, becoming many fans' favorite Clark. While I'm excited about James Gunn's Superman, I'm happy that we get one final go with Hoechlin — and I think there will be blood.
