As a treat, it would be brilliant to get a tease of the potential Midnight Sons team during this section of Marvel Studios' presentation, but this could be wishful thinking.

Evidently, Avengers 5 and the state of the entire Multiverse Saga has changed drastically, most prominently following Jonathan Majors' 2023 arrest, conviction, and firing from Marvel Studios. This threw the fate of Avengers 5 in jeopardy, as the project lost its director and writer, so Kevin Feige could provide new information about the Phase 6 movie at SDCC 2024.
While there was speculation that Marvel Studios may move away from Kang the Conqueror and his multiversal storyline, many believe Kang and his variants could be recast. Comic Con is the perfect place to confirm this recasting, with the new Kang actor perhaps even joining Feige on stage. Aside from Kang's possible inclusion, Feige can shine more light on Avengers 5's actual direction, as there is currently a great deal of confusion surrounding the upcoming crossover event.
Initial reports suggest more than 60 MCU characters could return for Avengers 5, including Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, Simu Liu, and Karen Gillan, though this hasn't yet been confirmed.

Doctor Doom Is Speculated To Be Appearing In The Fantastic Four Close Since the development of Marvel Studios' The Fantastic Four was confirmed, many have been hoping that the team's iconic archenemy from Marvel Comics would also be making his MCU debut. Doctor Doom hasn't yet been confirmed for The Fantastic Four's cast, but it would make sense for him to appear alongside the titular team, given their history in the comics. There has been a huge amount of speculation about who could play the MCU's Doctor Doom, and this matter could be finalized at SDCC 2024.
The likes of Michael Fassbender, Mads Mikkelsen, Andrew Lincoln, and Cillian Murphy have been suggested as being perfect for the role of Doctor Doom. With the possibility of The Fantastic Four being a core focus of Feige's SDCC 2024 presentation, he could be joined on stage by the mysterious actor cast as this iconic villain, too. This would certainly make up for The Fantastic Four's core cast perhaps not being available, and would be one of Marvel Studios' biggest announcements ever.

Even so, Feige could hint at pre-existing X-Men members appearing in the remainder of the Multiverse Saga. This could include him providing confirmation of Hugh Jackman's potential return as Wolverine in Avengers: Secret Wars, or the status of the X-Men team from The Marvels or Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

There are still several empty slots in the MCU's upcoming slate, so previously announced projects such as Armor Wars, Shang-Chi 2, and Spider-Man 4 could be given official release dates. This also goes for TV, as more information could be revealed about Wonder Man, Vision, and Nova.
