The MCU Is Insulting Daredevil (& It"s Nothing To Do With Being Funny)

The cast of Daredevil: Born Again proves that the MCU is insulting Netflix's version of the character - without linking to the more comedic tone of Matt Murdock presented by Marvel Studios. Since Daredevil's reintegration into the MCU became a possibility, fans have stressed their worries over Marvel Studios being able to adapt the dark tone of Netflix's Daredevil. The brief stint of Matt Murdock shown in Spider-Man: No Way Home was not enough to go by, yet the more comedic tone surprisingly worked for the character in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.
In fact, Daredevil's appearance in She-Hulk made for the show's best episode, helping to alleviate any worries about Daredevil being included in the MCU. However, with production on Daredevil: Born Again now in full swing - not accounting for delays due to the Writer's Guild of America strike - one aspect of the show proves that Marvel Studios is dishonoring Netflix's series in a way unrelated to its tone. The element in question is Daredevil: Born Again's cast, with two notable omissions proving the insult upon Daredevil's MCU return.
