Marvel"s Adam Warlock Plan Is Repeating A Common MCU Phase 4 Complaint

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 introduced Adam Warlock (Will Poulter), who is now a member of this group of misfits, but sadly, the plans for Adam Warlock post-Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 are repeating one of the biggest complaints about the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 4. The original Guardians of the Galaxy team had their final adventure together in their third movie, and in a mid-credits scene, the new Guardians team was introduced.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 saw the title team facing the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), a scientist who specialized in creating hybrid creatures and was obsessed with creating the ideal society, and was also the creator of Rocket Raccoon. At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the High Evolutionary was defeated (but not killed), and most members of the title team went their separate ways, leaving Rocket as the team’s new leader, with Groot, Cosmo, Kraglin, Phyla, and Adam Warlock joining the new Guardians of the Galaxy team. This sets up the return of all these characters, which is especially exciting due to Adam Warlock’s potential – and yet, the plans for his future are already repeating one of the biggest complaints the MCU’s Phase 4 received.
