What Two-Face Could Have Looked Like As The Dark Knight’s Main Villain Imagined In Epic Batman Movie

A fan-made Batman movie has imagined what DC"s Two-Face could have looked like if he had been the main villain of The Dark Knight. Harvey Dent has enjoyed a few live-action appearances across his cinematic career, debuting first in Batman in his non-villainous guise before Aaron Eckhart delivered one of the best Two-Faces yet in 2008"s The Dark Knight. This was a faithful adaptation of Two-Face"s origins, depicting Dent"s descent to his villainous persona in a heart-wrenching story that was secondary to Joker"s.
Now, a talented Batman fan, Stephen Trumble Animation, has depicted what Harvey Dent taking center stage might have looked like in a fan-made animated movie entitled Batman: Broken Promises posted via YouTube. The movie also features Ventriloquist/Scarface who is ostensibly cooperating with a mysterious third party in a drug operation that could leave thousands dead. The movie has landed exceptionally well with fellow fans, racking up nearly 2 million views as it compellingly adapts some of the most compelling characters in DC Comics.
What Batman: Broken Promise Means For DC Batman: Broken Promises Should Provide Some Inspiration Close Batman: Broken Promises opens with a disclaimer that it is in no way affiliated with DC Comics or Warner Bros. and that it is available to watch for free. With that in mind, it is unlikely that the fan-made movie will have much of an impact in future DC Universe installments featuring Batman and his iconic rogues" gallery outside DC or Warner Bros headhunting those involved in its production. It does, however, show how much of an appetite there is for similar stories in DC"s official productions, with comments leveling praise at its writing, choreography, and animation style.
