Batman Returns script looked like, revealing that Batman's long-absent moniker originally appeared in Tim Burton's 1992 film.
On Instagram, Michelle Pfeiffer shares a couple of pages from her Batman Returns script. In it, Gotham City's mayor calls Batman "The Caped Crusader". This scene is crossed out in Pfeiffer's script, and it wasn't included in the movie. As a result, the last time Batman was called "Caped Crusader" in a live-action DC project was in 1966's Batman starring Adam West. Check out Michelle Pfeiffer's post below:
