Punisher, Daredevil & The Defenders Get Bold MCU Redesigns In Born Again Fan Art

Daredevil, The Punisher, and the rest of The Defenders suit up in upgraded costumes as part of Daredevil: Born Again through new Marvel Cinematic Universe fan art. While Matt Murdock is making his return to the MCU timeline in the future through his own show, it will be a while before Daredevil: Born Again is released, following the 2023 creative overhaul at Marvel Studios.
With information on Daredevil: Born Again being limited due to the show getting redeveloped, time will tell how the new incarnation will be executed. In the meantime, AkiTheFull has shared multiple artwork pieces, pitching new looks for Daredevil and numerous Marvel-Netflix characters.
While Cox's Daredevil has had various looks over the years, AkiTheFull shared a design that finally sees him with the iconic DD logo on his suit.
AkiTheFull also made a new design for The Punisher, still maintaining the more grounded look from Frank Castle's time in Daredevil and The Punisher.
Following the ending of Echo, Alaqua Cox's Maya Lopez was also given a brand-new costume by AkiTheFull, after her arc with Kingpin.
AkiTheFull also shared artwork of what Krysten Ritter could look like if she returned as Jessica Jones, this time giving her a proper Power Woman costume.
AkiTheFull gave Mike Colter's Luke Cage an upgrade, too, with a similar look to what he was wearing at the end of Luke Cage season 2.
While Finn Jones may never have had a traditional Iron Fist costume during his run, AkiTheFull also shared artwork of what his actual suit could look like in the MCU.

While Vanessa Fisk will be back, Sandrine Holt is taking over the role from Ayelet Zurer, who played her in Daredevil seasons 1-3.
Despite not being in the first incarnation of Daredevil: Born Again, a new rumor emerged in January 2023 that Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson were reportedly returning as Karen Page and Foggy Nelson. However, as of right now, Marvel Studios and Disney+ have not confirmed nor denied their Daredevil: Born Again involvement, and this will likely only become clear once Daredevil: Born Again resumes filming this year or even later.
As far as other characters from The Defenders saga, there are no concrete announced plans as of yet to have them come back. Ideally, Marvel Studios will introduce any returning characters within Daredevil: Born Again, or at least acknowledge their existence to perhaps set up larger roles for them in the MCU down the line. Hopefully, there will be more updates on Daredevil: Born Again sooner rather than later, as the world is patiently waiting to see Matt's new solo series.
