Tom Holland"s Spider-Man Falls Into Kraven The Hunter"s Clutches In Marvel Crossover Fan Poster

New Kraven The Hunter crossover fan poster with the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows that Tom Holland's Spider-Man cannot escape Aaron Taylor-Johnson's Kraven. Holland plays the MCU's Spider-Man, having appeared in a solo trilogy as the character, as well as other team-up movies, with Holland's Spider-Man 4 at Marvel on the way. Taylor-Johnson also started his superhero movie career in the MCU, playing Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Now, he is set to star in Sony's Spider-Man Universe's Kraven The Hunter, and a Marvel fan has imagined the character catching Holland's Spider-Man.
On Instagram, digital artist @agtdesign shared a Kraven The Hunter crossover fan poster with the MCU's Spider-Man, showing Holland's Peter Parker being captured by Taylor-Johnson's Kraven.
The fan art comes on the heels of Taylor-Johnson's Kraven The Hunter revealing a comic-accurate costume in the first official poster for Sony's Spider-Man Universe's upcoming movie. The fan art brings to life the potential of a meeting between the two characters who share some fantastic stories in the comics. Holland's Spider-Man and Taylor-Johnson's Kraven the Hunter's meeting could happen through a few ways.
Could Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Kraven The Hunter Appear In The MCU? Spider-Man has yet to meet Kraven the Hunter in the MCU, and while Taylor-Johnson's past as Quicksilver makes it impossible for him to play the MCU version of Kraven, there is another way for him to star opposite Holland in a Spider-Man film. Marvel Studios is undergoing its Multiverse Saga, which saw Tom Hardy's Venom from Sony's Spider-Man Universe appear briefly in the MCU, leaving Marvel Studios' universe before he could interact with Holland's Spider-Man.
Through the use of the multiverse, Taylor-Johnson's Kraven could follow Venom's lead, heading into the MCU but actually getting to have a meaningful role while there. Spider-Man: No Way Home's ending perfectly set up Holland's Spider-Man 4 to do a version of Kraven's Last Hunt, a story from the comics that saw Kraven chase and seemingly kill the hero. Peter Parker is all alone in the MCU, and Taylor-Johnson's Kraven hunting him through New York, with the hero having no one to turn to — after Doctor Strange's spell made everyone forget him — and no access to Stark technology would make for an intense film.
However, Marvel Studios' team could always feel like Taylor-Johnson's past makes it difficult for him to appear as Kraven in the MCU. In that case, Holland's Spider-Man could jump over to Sony's Spider-Man Universe to meet Kraven. Sony crushed an Andrew Garfield Spider-Man rumor with Kraven The Hunter's first trailer while also teasing Spider-Man through the use of several spiders in a scene. With seemingly no Spider-Man in Kraven's world, Holland's version of the hero could appear through the use of the multiverse in a Kraven The Hunter sequel, so the two enemies can finally trade blows on the big screen.
