Keanu Reeves has been imagined as Marvel Studios' Ghost Rider in an action-packed, fan-made trailer amid rumors that the Spirit of Vengeance will be joining the MCU. Following his Marvel Comics' debut in 1972's Marvel Spotlight #5, Johnny Blaze's Ghost Rider quickly became one of Marvel's most popular characters, and has since formed connections with the likes of the Avengers, the Thunderbolts and the Midnight Sons. Although a version of Robbie Reyes' Ghost Rider appeared in Marvel Television's Agents of SHIELD, Marvel Studios has been heavily rumored to soon be debuting a new iteration of Ghost Rider in the MCU.
One of the most popular fan-casts for Ghost Rider in the MCU has placed acclaimed actor Keanu Reeves in the role. Reeves' years of experience in action and superhero movies make him an inspired choice for the MCU's Johnny Blaze, and his debut adventure has now been imagined in a fan-made trailer shared by KH Studio.
The trailer uses scenes from Keanu Reeves' Constantine and Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider to deliver a powerful montage that proves Reeves would be fantastic as the MCU's Ghost Rider. However, he may not be the only actor in the running for this coveted role.

Will Keanu Reeves Actually Play Ghost Rider In The MCU? Close While Marvel Studios hasn't mentioned Ghost Rider in the MCU, the fact that the character appears in the alternate continuities of Marvel Television's Agents of SHIELD and Columbia Pictures' Ghost Rider duology suggests he could be appearing in the MCU soon. Marvel Studios' Midnight Sons set-ups have only spurred these rumors on further, as Ghost Rider is a crucial member of the supernatural superhero team in Marvel Comics. Keanu Reeves' previous action-heavy performances in the John Wick and The Matrix franchises, and work in superhero projects including Constantine and DC League of Super-Pets prove he'd be perfect for the role.
Back in October 2022, Keanu Reeves appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and suggested that the superhero his childhood self would have wanted to play would be Ghost Rider. This led to a massive increase in fan-made art and theories placing Keanu Reeves as Ghost Rider, but this popular choice hasn't yet been confirmed. Other popular fan-casts have suggested Boyd Holbrook, Dacre Montgomery, Ryan Gosling and Norman Reedus, meaning the race to see who will portray Marvel Studios' Ghost Rider is hotly contested, but Keanu Reeves may be the fan-favorite choice to bring the iconic and fiery antihero into the MCU.
