The Fantastic Four cast members provide an update on joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Phase 6 movie prepares for its principal photography. Marvel's First Family is finally joining the MCU movie timeline, following Disney acquiring 21st Century Fox, with The Fantastic Four rights reverting back to Marvel Studios. After a long development process, The Fantastic Four is on its way as they are preparing to start filming this summer.
In a new interview with Comic Book, Joseph Quinn chatted about joining the MCU as Johnny Storm, a.k.a. the Human Torch, as part of The Fantastic Four cast. While he obviously couldn't give any spoilers, the Stranger Things star stressed how those involved in the reboot are "going for it," stating the following:

It's been a wonderful experience so far. We've got a wonderful gang on it with Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, to name but a few. I'm very excited. I'm nervous, obviously. I'm really looking forward to getting into it. The script is amazing. The intention behind it is... We're going for it.

While promoting The Bear season 3 on The Daily Show, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who is making a comeback to the MCU after appearing in The Punisher, spoke about playing Ben Grimm, a.k.a. The Thing in The Fantastic Four reboot. As filming is approaching, Moss-Bachrach stressed about how he has been doing researching The Thing through Marvel Comics, sharing the following:

I'm playing Ben Grimm, who becomes The Thing, who is a man encased in rock. So, yeah, I don't know, I've just been looking at rocks. I've been reading a lot of comics. It's really nice. They gave me this Marvel Unlimited thing, so I can just go on my iPad, and go to any comic book that Marvel's ever released.
