Gaga's Harley Quinn is dancing and singing in what appears to be one of Joker: Folie à Deux's musical set pieces. However, things take a turn when police officers come running down the stairs in her direction, only to ignore Harley and seemingly arrest the Joker, who is off-screen in the video. In another bit of footage, the Joker gets violent with Harley, angrily shaking her.
