One theory suggests that the secret ingredient in the MCU's super-soldier serum is vibranium. The super-soldier serum has been a major plot point since the beginning of the MCU, with Captain America: The First Avenger showing the impact of Dr. Abraham Erskine's original formula in the transformation of Steve Rogers into Captain America.
