9 Key Infinity Saga Characters Who Need To Return In MCU’s Future

Several characters introduced during the MCU's Infinity Saga need to return in the future of Marvel Studios' shared franchise. Marvel Studios kicked off the MCU with 2008's Iron Man, and has since introduced a universe of characters, many adapted from Marvel Comics. With thousands of characters at their disposal, Marvel Studios has been careful about which inhabit the MCU, but some important players that debuted during the Infinity Saga haven't been seen or mentioned since.
WandaVision marked the beginning of a new era, with the MCU's Multiverse Saga introducing Kang the Conqueror as the new major villain following Thanos' defeat in Avengers: Endgame. Several older characters have practically been forgotten, however, and this will probably continue after Disney CEO Bob Iger's comments on shifting the focus of the MCU into "newness." Many characters have been rumored to return to the MCU, and some of these could create the opportunity for major Marvel Comics storylines to be adapted.
