New fan art imagines what David Corenswet's full Superman costume will look like in the upcoming DC Universe reboot. As James Gunn's DC Universe is on its way, the DC Studios co-CEO is currently filming the new Superman movie, featuring Corenswet as cinema's next Man of Steel. With principal photography expected to run for several more months, the DC Universe audience is waiting to get new glimpses of Gunn's Superman film.
While the Superman movie cast is busy shooting, Gunn has only given the world a taste of Corenswet's superhero outfit as he unveiled the new House of El symbol for the franchise. As the world is speculating what the rest of the costume looks like, Jobhutz shared new DC Universe fan art with a very detailed idea of Corenswet's Superman uniform.
The design is something of a combination of the traditional and more modern Superman era, with the costume having a bright bodysuit that is not as armory as Henry Cavill's Superman suit but also not full-on spandex. For Corenswet's DC Universe costume, Jobhutz brought back the traditional trunks for the Superman suit.
