Jack Quaid opens up on the success of My Adventures with Superman and the DC show's exciting future. 2023 became a big year for Superman in animation, as the Man of Steel finally got his own cartoon again with My Adventures with Superman, nearly 23 years after the end of Superman: The Animated Series. My Adventures with Superman follows a younger Clark Kent as he juggles the balance of being a busy reporter at the Daily Planet while also protecting the world as the iconic DC hero.
Throughout the second half of 2023, the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes prevented writers and actors from being able to promote ongoing and upcoming movies and TV shows, including My Adventures with Superman season 1, which premiered in July. As the SAG-AFTRA strike has finally reached its end, Quaid took to Instagram to speak about the massive success of My Adventures with Superman.
Quaid thanked the passionate fans who tuned in for My Adventures with Superman, as he is excited for the world to see what is to come with season 2. In addition to that, Quaid also praised his co-stars Alice Lee and Ishmel Sahid, who voice Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen, respectively, along with the entire creative team who worked on My Adventures with Superman.
