Marvel's Fantastic Four gets even more interesting, with an exciting fan art imagining what a multiversal team of Reed Richards could look like. Marvel Studios has been keeping Fantastic Four updates to a minimum, with story details for the highly anticipated sequel kept under wraps. The movie's cast is still unknown, though recent weeks have seen the most movement on the film in some time, with Pedro Pascal reportedly cast as Reed Richards for Fantastic Four.
Now, digital artist @agtdesign imagined Pascal's Reed Richards with other live-action versions of the character for a possible Council of Reeds MCU project.
The multiversal fan art puts together Pascal as the MCU's main Reed Richards, John Krasinski's Reed from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Ioan Gruffudd's Mr. Fantastic from the 2000s Fantastic Four movies, and Miles Teller's young Reed from the ill-received Fantastic Four — aka Fant4stic. While not all Fantastic Four movies so far were great, the actors cast for Reed are all very talented, and a reunion project in the MCU has quite the potential.
Why The Council Of Reeds Makes Sense For The MCU The Multiverse Saga Makes Things Easier

The Council of Reeds is a team of different Reed Richards variants from all over the multiverse that come together to "solve everything." Given the current MCU storyline and the debut of the main Reed Richards through 2025's Fantastic Four, the introduction of the Council of Reeds to the MCU makes a lot of sense. Marvel is currently in the middle of its Multiverse Saga, which has seen either the same actors play variants of their characters or different actors play the same character.
The Council of Reeds could be used with that second description, similar to what Spider-Man: No Way Home did by bringing back Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Men. Gruffudd, Teller, and Krasinski could all return to team up with Pascal's Reed — if he ends up signing on for Fantastic Four — in an effort to save the multiverse. The MCU's heroes will need all the help they can get to stop Kang the Conqueror and his variants.
The Council of Reeds would be the perfect answer to the Council of Kangs, the multiversal villain team that was introduced in one of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's post-credits scenes. Kang and his variants have been shown to be some of the most intelligent characters alive, and a team of Reed Richards from different universes could be the key to outthinking the Kangs. Besides, Marvel fans have yet to agree on who should play the MCU's Reed, and a team of past live-action variants mixed with perhaps some of the actors fancast for Fantastic Four as part of the Council of Reeds could speak to different fans.
