Deadpool & Wolverine has proven to be one of Marvel’s better recent movies, thanks largely to some incredibly rewatchable scenes. By the time of Deadpool & Wolverine’s climactic ending, a handful of scenes undoubtedly stand out as the best in the movie. That said, the entire film is of a high-quality thanks to the collaboration between Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, the rest of Deadpool & Wolverine’s strong cast, and the assured direction of Shawn Levy. Regardless of the film’s overall quality, its nature as a multiversal adventure will see a large amount of attention directed towards the film's giant action sequences or cameo-filled surprises.
Concerning the latter, Deadpool & Wolverine’s Marvel cameos were incredibly exciting. The supporting cast of the film is made up of many heroes from Marvel’s cinematic past, with their entrances marking some of Deadpool & Wolverine’s most memorable moments. This is without mentioning the appearance of Deadpool & Wolverine’s Deadpool variants, who do not even need recognizable actors to stand out among the film’s many iconic scenes. As evidenced, Deadpool & Wolverine is a movie that lives long in the memory, thanks to the large handful of rewatchable scenes that allow it to stand tall as one of Marvel’s best-ranked movies since Avengers: Endgame.

1 The following list is in no particular order of enjoyment, instead being listed chronologically with then they appear in Deadpool & Wolverine.
12 Deadpool & Wolverine's Opening Credits Deadpool's Dance-Battle Hybrid Is One Of The Film's Best Scenes One of the most rewatchable scenes in Deadpool & Wolverine is the film’s opening credits. What begins as a hilarious nod to Logan quickly evolves into a battle Royale against TVA agents, with Deadpool using Logan’s Adamantium skeleton to dispatch the various soldiers coming to arrest him while the film's credits appear. However, what makes Deadpool & Wolverine’s opening so memorable and thus rewatchable is, surprisingly, its dance sequence. In true meta fashion, the fight with the TVA agents is intercut with Deadpool dancing along to NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye.”
This dance sequence has captured the hearts of many, with the scene going viral shortly after the release of the film. What makes it so rewatchable is its easy-going, hilarious, but simultaneously badass nature. Some of the film's most gruesome action scenes are included in the opening credits, only to be accompanied by the full choreography of NSYNC. As far as rewatchable scenes go, Ryan Reynold's Deadpool & Wolverine dance is one of the best.
11 Deadpool's TVA (& MCU) Introduction Deadpool Pokes Fun At The Entire Marvel Cinematic Universe Close Moving on from Deadpool & Wolverine's 2000s-inspired soundtrack, the character eventually is taken by the TVA and officially inducted into the MCU. This scene ranks as one of the film's most rewatchable, primarily due to the excitement of seeing a character from Fox's X-Men franchise directly address moments from the MCU. Deadpool is given the rundown by Mr. Paradox, as scenes from the MCU are showcased and Deadpool makes several self-referential references to the franchise's past.
From images of the Avengers to Deadpool claiming he is Marvel Jesus, the TVA introduction scene is hilariously meta. This extends to one of the more talked-about jokes in the movie, involving Thor crying over Deadpool's body. All of this becomes instantly rewatchable in the same way the many scenes of Avengers: Infinity War are due to the sheer fan-service hype of seeing universes, characters, and Marvel stories collide.

10 Deadpool Searching For Wolverine Variants Deadpool's Search Leads To Massive Cameos & Comic Book Easter Eggs Custom image by Felipe Rangel After being told by the TVA that his universe will be destroyed, Deadpool travels the multiverse to find a variant of Wolverine who can help him save his friends. This is one of the more rewatchable scenes in the film due to the sheer number of Deadpool & Wolverine Easter eggs that are included that reference Marvel Comics and other aspects of superhero stories. These Easter eggs are equal parts hilarious, exciting, and memorable for comic book fans, making it an easily rewatchable sequence for both what was noticed and what viewers could pick up hidden in the background.
The Age of Apocalypse Omega variant of Wolverine is another that makes the scene rewatchable for comic book references.
From the classic brown and yellow Wolverine suit as the character battles Hulk to the reference to Uncanny X-Men with Wolverine hanging on a cross above a bed of skulls, the Marvel Comics references are aplenty. These continue into a scene involving a comic-accurate, small version of Wolverine that drew many laughs from countless audiences, and variants like Patch and Old Man Logan from the source material. Finally, the scene's rewatchability is dialed up due to Henry Cavill's appearance as a Wolverine variant.
9 Deadpool vs. Wolverine In The Void The Fight Sequence Between The Two Is Incredible Close The first rewatchable scene in Deadpool & Wolverine that centers entirely on action is the first fight between the titular characters. After finding a version of Wolverine that will help him, Deadpool and Logan are sent to The Void by Mr. Paradox. Once there, tensions rise between the two, which alone is a rewatchable scene due to the performance of Jackman as an angry, bitter Logan and how he bounces off of Reynolds' quirky Wade Wilson.
Then, the scene takes on another layer of memorability by having the two come to blows. The action in this sequence is some of the best in the movie, from the long takes of the two battling to comic-accurate moments of Wolverine running on all fours and Deadpool's slick reloads shown in Deadpool & Wolverine's first trailers. Above many of the action sequences in the film, Deadpool & Wolverine's first clash between the two is rewatchable due to the hype of seeing them fight for the very first time onscreen - discounting X-Men Origins: Wolverine, of course.
8 Chris Evans' Return As Johnny Storm/The Human Torch The Captain America Fake Out Helps The Scene Stand Out Close After Deadpool and Wolverine fight in The Void, they are interrupted by a hooded man who tells them Cassandra Nova's henchmen are coming. The hooded man reveals himself as none other than Chris Evans, known for being the face of Captain America in the MCU timeline. The opening moments of Evans interacting with Jackman and Reynolds are rewatchable in that audiences can try and spot gaps in the fake-out that make the former seem like a variant of Captain America.
As the scene develops, Wade - like the audience - thinks Evans is a Cap variant. However, Evans shouts "Flame on!" and reveals himself as the Human Torch from the earlier Fantastic Four movies. As will always be the case with the MCU's multiversal movies, seeing actors reprise old roles or variants come into play will always be immensely rewatchable, with Deadpool & Wolverine's Johnny Storm cameo proving no different thanks to Evans lighting up once more.

The two find themselves arguing in a Honda Odyssey, the brunt of several Deadpool & Wolverine jokes - which is worth a rewatch due to the sheer fury Jackman puts into his performance. Wolverine lays into Deadpool, raising some hard truths and shooting insults that land too close to home, making for one of the more emotional - thus rewatchable - scenes in the film.
This allows the Honda Odyssey fight scene's rewatchable nature to shine through due to how it differentiates itself from all other action scenes in the movie...
The fight scene that ensures is then even more impressive due to Deadpool and Wolverine duking it out in such a small space. The utilization of the car from seatbelts to reclining chairs is exciting to see, given the intense, tight nature of the choreography and the cinematography used to capture such a scene. This allows the Honda Odyssey fight scene's rewatchable nature to shine through due to how it differentiates itself from all other action scenes in the movie.
6 Deadpool & Wolverine's Resistance Reveal (& All The Cameos) Deadpool & Wolverine's Main Cameos Mark The Film's Most Memorable Scene Close After the fight in the Honda Odyssey, Deadpool and Wolverine awaken in the base of the Resistance, a group of people fighting against Cassandra Nova in The Void. Above anything else in the film, this scene stands out as one of the most rewatchable. The reason for this stems from more Marvel cameos, linking to the past of Fox's X-Men movie timeline and other franchises in Marvel's vast cinematic history.

According to the filmmakers, over 70 Marvel cameos were shortlisted for Deadpool & Wolverine, with the above few winning out. The scene in which Garner, Snipes, Keen, and Tatum enter the film is incredibly rewatchable for a number of reasons. For one, the excitement of seeing more Marvel cameos will always be a factor. Secondly, the musical score is fantastic in this scene. Finally, the scene quickly makes clear that its cameos are not purely involved for the sake of fan service, tying the appearances to the central theme of the film, which is honoring the legacy of what came before the MCU.

5 The Resistance vs. Cassandra Nova's Forces Deadpool & Wolverine Evokes The Avengers & The X-Men While Deadpool and Wolverine's many skirmishes were memorable for one-on-one fight scenes, the Resistance vs. Cassandra's forces ranks as the most rewatchable for an ensemble action moment. The scene is iconic as it gives every member of the Resistance a chance to shine. Elektra and Blade are shown using their various weaponry to dispatch Cassandra's forces, while Gambit's awesome powers are showcased as Channing Tatum finally gets to shine in the role.
This fight scene evokes the best moments of ensemble action from the MCU's Avengers movies or Fox's X-Men projects...
Dafne Keen then gets her many moments as X-23, donning recognizable sunglasses from Logan and uttering her now-iconic Spanish insults. X-23 ends the fight by taking out Juggernaut, allowing Deadpool & Wolverine to defeat Cassandra. As alluded to, this fight scene evokes the best moments of ensemble action from the MCU's Avengers movies or Fox's X-Men projects. The comic book splash-page-like moment is overly rewatchable as a result, for no reason more than the various characters who deserved cinematic swan songs finally getting exactly that.
4 Deadpool & Wolverine vs. The Deadpool Corps The Oldboy-Inspired Fight Scene Has Lots Of Hidden Moments Close Interestingly, the fight that sees Wolverine and Deadpool taking on the Deadpool Corps is more rewatchable for missed moments than the exciting action. Of course, the action on display is fantastic. The fight scene is an Oldboy-inspired massacre, with Deadpool and Wolverine cutting, shooting, and punching down several variants of Deadpool that work for Cassandra Nova. The long, one-take nature of the scene allows it to be rewatchable from an action standpoint, but the sheer number of combatants gives it a different element upon rewatch.
Blake Lively, Nathan Fillion, Matthew McConaughey, Inez and Olin Reynolds, and footballer Paul Mullin were hidden in the scene as members of the Deadpool Corps.
Given that the fight is all one take, there will be many moments that fans miss. The fight scene attempts to focus on different elements using depth-of-field and zooms that focus on certain characters at certain times, but there is always another skirmish going on in the background or foreground. As such, rewatching the fight scene against the Deadpool Corps will be awesome, for one, but allow audiences to pick up on moments they may have missed the first, second, or third time around.

To do so, one of the two must take the brunt of the device's energy and redirect it, destroying it, Cassandra, and themselves. Deadpool tricks Wolverine and opts to sacrifice himself, making the scene rewatchable for its more emotional nature as the climax of the movie.
However, the ensuing moment in which Wolverine joins Deadpool truly solidifies the scene as one of Deadpool & Wolverine's most rewatchable. The two join hands and take the brunt of the Time Ripper's energy together, accompanied by a fantastic orchestral version of Madonna's "Like A Prayer." The scene is intercut with moments that make the titular duos' respective arcs come together emotionally, truly exemplifying how rewatchable it - and the film as a whole - is.
2 Deadpool & Wolverine's Final Birthday Sequence The Heartwarming Ending Of Deadpool & Wolverine From a purely heartwarming standpoint, Deadpool & Wolverine's ending sequence is one of the more rewatchable in the movie. It sees Deadpool celebrating his birthday alongside his old friends, joined by X-23 and Wolverine. The scene is a beautiful way to end the film on an emotionally affecting note that increases the potential of X-23 and Wolverine returning in the upcoming list of Marvel movies.
1 Deadpool & Wolverine's End-Credit Sequence The End-Credit Scene Is Rewatchable For Different Reasons Close Finally, the end-credit sequence of Deadpool & Wolverine is rewatchable for anyone who looks back upon pre-MCU days with fondness. The credits are accompanied by behind-the-scenes footage of the various X-Men movies being produced, as well as the films featuring other actors who appeared in Deadpool & Wolverine. The credits and this footage play as Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" can be heard, bringing a tear to the eye of many who enjoy the older movies from before Marvel Studios' Golden Age, and capping off the many immensely rewatchable moments of Deadpool & Wolverine.
