Tom Holland reveals what he, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield talk about in their Spider-Man group chat. There has yet to be a bad version of Spider-Man in a live-action movie, as all three actors that have given life to Peter Parker on the big screen have excelled at different aspects of the role. That interesting variety was put on display when 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home managed to feature all three live-action Spider-Men fighting villains from the Sam Raimi trilogy and The Amazing Spider-Man duology. That experience led to a close bond being formed between the Spider-Man actors, with Holland revealing they shared a group text.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Holland followed up on his group chat with Garfield and Maguire, revealing what the Spider-Man actors talk about. According to Holland, the group chat has a fitting name, "it’s called the Spider-Boys.” The actor excitedly spoke about the unique bond between the Spider-Man actors due to their shared experience from playing the character, with Holland emotionally claiming that they "really are like brothers." Holland also shared that he asked Garfield and Maguire to sign a poster for charity, and they were glad to do it. Check out the full exchange below:

Holland: It was wonderful. Myself, Andrew, Tobey — we have this amazing bond as three people who have been through something that is so unique that we really are like brothers. We have a great group chat, and we catch up every now and then. It’s called the Spider-Boys.
Interviewer: Seriously? What’s the last thing you guys talked about?
Holland: I was doing a charity event in London for the Brothers Trust, and I was asking if they would be so kind as to sign a poster to auction off. They were obviously happy to oblige.
Interviewer: Spider-Man stuff.
Holland: Yeah, Spider-Man stuff.

Will Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire & Andrew Garfield Return As Spider-Man Again?

The close bond that rapidly formed between the three Spider-Men in Spider-Man: No Way Home was easily the best part of the film, with every scene shared between Holland, Maguire, and Garfield feeling like a dream come true. Holland will be back for Marvel's Spider-Man 4, with the actor likely continuing in the MCU for quite some time, as Spider-Man should play a role in the two upcoming Avengers films, The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars — and there have been teases of Holland getting another trilogy.
Avengers: Secret Wars is rumored to include many live-action actors from all over Marvel's cinematic history, not just the MCU. Given the movie's premise, a major multiverse story full of crossovers, that would make sense. Avengers: Secret Wars would be the perfect place for Holland's Peter Parker to be reunited with Garfield's and Maguire's versions of the characters. Peter is currently all alone in the MCU, with everybody forgetting who he is due to Doctor Strange's spell at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Garfield and Maguire's Peter Parkers would still remember Holland's character. The two multiversal Spider-Men could help the MCU hero feel like he belongs somewhere again. Since their return in 2021, both Maguire and Garfield have expressed their interest in playing Spider-Man again. Garfield is open to the right idea, while Maguire has revealed that he is pretty much game for any future appearance as Spider-Man. Based on the MCU's Multiverse Saga needing a big finish and both Garfield and Maguire being open to returning, it seems like Holland's Spider-Man will be reunited with his brothers soon.
