22 New Jedi Introduced Into Star Wars Today
Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Star Wars: Visions season 2 and Young Jedi AdventuresMay the 4th 2023 is here, and 22 Jedi are making their debut in the Star Wars galaxy today. Thanks to the releases of the animated Star Wars: Visions season 2 as well as the new Young Jedi Adventures show, there's several different Jedi for Star Wars fans to get acquainted with while celebrating this year's Star Wars Day. As such, it's evident that this particular May the Fourth will be a day long remembered.
The new Young Jedi Adventures series from Lucasfilm and Disney Junior is confirmed to be canon, uniquely set during the High Republic era hundreds of years before the Skywalker saga. However, the canonicity of Star Wars: Visions season 2 is much more debatable, likely a deliberate decision by Lucasfilm so that any breakout characters could be absorbed into the established canon down the line. Featuring Jedi of all shapes and sizes, here's every member of the Jedi Order introduced on May the Fourth 2023.
